I was talking with Dr. Malavika, a famous Calcutta based human resource consultant on recent trend of management training and steps to getting paid more and promoted faster.

She mentioned that in an attempt to be useful and adaptable people normally say yes to too many good projects and opportunities. But, I finally they end up feeling overworked and underutilized.
