I was talking with a group of young people on "Is talent only requirement to have a successful career in corporate world?". It was a very engaging & interesting discussion.
I told them according to me talent is just like a key to a vault. Attitude is most important in creating a good first impression at job interview to get a quick promotion or close a deal with customer.
1. Be Positive & optimistic
2. Be Enthusiastic
3. Be motivated
4. Deliver value
5. Don’t jump to unfounded conclusions
6. Build mental toughness to accept failure and any stressful situation.
7. Avoid irrational decision making behaviors that we crazy human beings engage in
In summary. the real professionals consistently perform at their peak, not because they're always in control of logistics and their personnel, but because they're in control of their attitude.
You just need to build correct attitude to really excel in life easily
